here we go, i will start with explaining why the other answers cannot be right.
no- cannot be used here because no and not cannot be used respectively.
some- is used in positive sentences that is why we cannot use it here.
money alone would not have a strong enough meaning to show that u are broke(مفلس)
ِِANY is the right answer because it is used in negative sentence and show emphasis.
